Sapphire-SouthPadre was created by Chad Hart our Company & Division Founder who saw that Sapphire owners needed a management partner with higher financial education, deeper focus, stronger communication, and true on-site accountability.

Instead of expanding a luxury division across the island, we committed to a smaller, more personal model—one built on relationships, trust, and presence.

That vision remains the foundation of everything we do today.
