Sapphire is not a generic beach condo complex from the 80’s like most of the Island. It has its own standards, rules, and expectations—plus a certain level of generally affluent guest that chooses Sapphire for a reason.
That’s why having a truly local management team matters. We’re here every day on South Padre Island. When something happens, it doesn’t sit in a ticket queue somewhere out of state. As an Owner, while we have a staff cast of over 35 employees – you will get the added benefit of dealing directly with Chad our Company Founder as you see fit.
Because we’re based on the island, we can respond quickly, put eyes on your unit, and communicate with you in real terms—not canned replies.
