Property has an eat-in kitchen that flows to living room & out to the beach patio overlooking pool way, way up high. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes etc to enjoy memorable home-cooked meals saving time & creating memories!
The bedrooms:
- Master bedroom: King size bed with a large en suite bathroom.
- Second bedroom: Queen/twin bunk bed with a full bath.
- Third bedroom: Two queen beds with an en suite bathroom.
- Additional: Queen-sized airbed with pump and a full-sized couch (please bring bedding if you plan on using).

This property is located next to the Margaritaville resort but far nicer & more exclusive. Best location on South Padre Island on the south end close to the entertainment district. Walkable to Sea Ranch Fine Dining in marina, Russo’s Italian, Kohnami Sushi, Tropica smoothie cafe, & Johnny Rockets. The space has a full-sized washer & dryer though (we do not provide detergent/dryer sheets FYI).
It is worth noting that we manage multiple luxury condos at Sapphire - inquire prior to booking if you wish to book more than one condo. Inquire about off-season & longer stay discounts, as well as active military & vet discounts.
We provide:
- Coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea
- Starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, starters of toilet paper, non-stick cooking spray, and Salt & Pepper (not unlimited and not replenished)
- All fresh towels and linens
Please note this kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all pots, pans, dishes to prepare affordable & more convenient home-cooked meals.
We operate as South Padre Trips, the best property management company on the Island at 2600 Padre Blvd and do answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of our ability to make this a great place to enjoy this house close to the beach.

- Beach gear (we don't provide as it is messy)
- You can reserve beach chairs/umbrellas and/or a poolside cabana at an additional charge thru Sapphire’s front desk & concierge services
Internet & TV:
- Best available Internet/WiFi from Spectrum (only provider on the island, uptime and coverage can be spotty)
- Smart TVs can be used with your favorite apps (no cable TV)
- Arrive prepared with an enabled hotspot on your cellular device if critical work is needed
Rental agreements & check-in:
- Signed rental agreement required via e-sign prior to arrival
- Additional documents via Docusign are 100% required
- Electronic key card required to enter the property (received after primary guest shows ID at front desk)
- For 2 & 3 bedrooms: 2 vehicle permits, covered garage + surface parking, golf cart considered a vehicle
- Additional free parking along Gulf Blvd (not guaranteed, not very close)
Rules & restrictions:
- Unauthorized/non-registered guests NOT allowed
- Baby/infant counts toward total guest limit
- Animals prohibited except service animals (contact us for alternatives)
- Loud noises NEVER permitted, complex quiet time 9 pm to 9 am
- Pool open 9 am to 9 pm including outdoor hot tubs
- BBQing not allowed unless specified
- Non-smoking unit, no smoking in common areas
Please read all house rules prior to booking & arrival so you have a great experience! The daily resort fee approx $57 IS INCLUDED in your grand total - for monthly guests of 30+ days this fee manually reduced to flat $250 AFTER booking. Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island available upon request.
